It worked for the one...

Liked: My family and I were in town for a track meet at The University of Michigan! This hotel was super close so the location worked for us. My breakfast bowl was unfortunately still frozen when I received it after waiting a very long time. The two ladies working were just the sweetest. They made sure to take it off my room and the front desk attendant even took a little more for the inconvenience. The overall customer service was phenomenal! Maybe consider a new chef that’s not so grumpy!!!
Disliked: The bed was just terrible. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor. So hard. If I was staying a second night I would have changed hotels. Also the workout/ fitness area was pretty sad.
