The staff was very friendly and offered their shuttle service to take us to the concert, but we decided to walk since it was so close. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, we enjoyed ourselves.

Disliked: No microwave or refrigerator in room.

Disliked: my rate should include breakfast but there was no breakfast served as the breakfast lady was sick apparently. ridiculous.

Disliked: No microwave in the room so I had to stand in the lobby to cook the overpriced "food" which I just threw away because I wasn't going to stand in the lobby at midnight...that pissed me.off to be honest...Although the staff was eager to help and did provide a plate and apology I purchased a box of.candy that I sat on my nightstand, when I reached for my phone to check the time, my hand was quickly covered with small ants. 100s of small ants.....the girl at check out did credit back the "food" and was extremely professional and helpful ..I hope as I was.

Disliked: Not enough towels left in the room for you or toilet tissue. Needs a broom and dust pan in each room. More variety for breakfast

Disliked: Dirty rooms-dirty gym. Pet friendly hotel, I do not have any problem with the animals for sure but there were bad smells in the rooms.The only good thing is car park which is almost 30 USD per night...
