The room itself was fair

Liked: Nice customer service.
Disliked: Room not ready, so we had to wait. Then they gave the room away. When got into room, it smelled like smoke.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff were very accommodating and kind
Disliked: The AC in my room did not work. The temperature in the room was on 80 and no one could fix it or switch my room.

The housekeeper kept slamming doors...

Disliked: Room stayed cold due to the heat didn’t work.My room was cleaned only once and they didn’t do a great job. I asked for fresh sheets and they didn’t change my sheets. We shouldn’t have to ask for our room cleaned especially when the services states your room will be cleaned every 3rd day!

Disliked: The breakfast was not good . Sunday morning they actually never restocked anything. The room felt unclean. Our credit card company denied out attempt to pay because of a high fraud alert.
