Close to everything, without the craziness of downtown! Pool area had a fireplace and is open until midnight. Friendly staff; good breakfast; comfortable room.

Liked: The balcony
Disliked: The staff are horrible including the manager. I was checked into a room that wasn’t in my name and there was “a glitch” in the system and i was charged an extra $277.98.

The room served our purpose...

Liked: Beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room was decorated nicely.
Disliked: We stayed two nights. The first night the room was too warm and we couldn't get it regulated until late in the night. The next day, it was cold in the room when we woke up. We turned the heat up and left for the day. When we got back to the room it was 65 degrees (in April) and we could NOT get it to warm up no matter what we did. We caught a staff member in the hallway who looked at it and fiddled with things but never got the heat to work.They did offer to see if we could move to a different room, but there were no more handicapped accessible rooms available. They also offered to bring in a heater, but my husband refused that due to possible safety issues. So, they brought us 3 heavier blankets, which made sleeping bearable. Staff did what they could, but the hotel could use some work - maintenance issues. They did give us a reasonable discount credit when we checked out.

Disliked: The water wasn't warm for my kids bath

Disliked: The front desk was unattended for more than 15 minutes while I was waiting to check in. The room was smelly and very run down. Paint peeling, old locks, etc.

Liked: Not much!
Disliked: Never cleaned our room the whole time. We had to ask for clean towels. Pool was very cold and dirty. Hot Tub was very dirty. Rooms need lots of work and the time of breakfast needs to be extended. And don’t throw food away right in front of the guests when we asked for something. What a waste! :(

Liked: Hot and cold breakfast options were ample. Coffee was much better than I expected it would be. Room size was adequate and appreciated having a sink outside the bathroom as well as inside the bathroom. Also, having a refrigerator and microwave was quite convenient.
Disliked: The channels available on the television were limited and the none were in HD. The hallway from our room to the next hallway (which was still a long distance from the front desk) was cold.

Liked: The hotel was connected to the Green Mill restaurant and you could order food and drinks from there and bring them to your room.
Disliked: My first room did not have any heat! The second room did not have a working phone, microwave or refrigerator.
