Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was disgusting. The whole facility is outdated and had a strange smell. This hotel was not worth $150 a night.

Disliked: the room that I booked from your website the picture showed a walk in shower my wife is handicapped when i questioned the lady at the desk and why we didn't have a walk-in shower i was told hotel had only i room a walk-in shower and it was booked. so i requested a chair for the tub.the next day when we returned to the hotel and entered our room the beds were not maid, and the trash cans were full I took the trash down to the desk and question why the beds were not maid and the trash was not collected they informed me that i checked in on the 6th so therefore the room would then be cleaned on the ninth every 3 days.

Common, decently clean, uncomfortable beds.

Liked: The breakfast was decent for a Hotel like this. The whirlpool in the room was nice after a long exhaustive night.
Disliked: Although not the fault of the hotel, my booking.com reservation had not gone through their system even though it was booked an hour and a half beforehand. After spending an exhausting and terrifying night at the children's hospital with my niece, I just wanted to sleep. But I had to wait in the lobby an extra 20 minutes while they sorted it out with customer service.The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room had poor lighting. But it was clean enough and the whirlpool was a nice touch. The location of the room was right at the lobby by the elevators so you could hear guests and start talking and moving around. You get what you pay for I guess. The guy behind the counter was really nice and apologetic. Next time I'll pay more money for a nicer facility.
