Liked: Everyone was very friendly, super nice and accommodating the breakfast bars awesome
Disliked: I was told corporate is unwilling to fix the ice machine, which has been broken for four months and also computer and printer business center and fireplace does not work. I think corporate needs to get on that the people there are extremely nice.

Liked: The property is very well kept and the building is very clean.

Fair, at best

Liked: The price was right. I did find out that the fire alarms work quite well. Apparently, another guest burnt their toast and set off the alarms at 7:00 a.m.. Fun. Fun
Disliked: No.pool. They say it's closed "for renovations". However, looking back at old reviews it's been closed for almost 2 years! No ice machine either. I think that's been out of order for a while too. Re: The fire alarm...I don't think it's up to code when the push bar on one of the fire doors is held on with duct tape. Wi-Fi in the hotel was nonexistent in my room. In other places the best speed I got was 5MbpsI'd stay elsewhere next time I'm in the area. Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if this hotel closes soon.

Unpleasant Stay

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The hotel had a fire alarm go off because a guest left a a slice of bread in the toaster. This not only disrupted our sleep at 7 am but having to young boys one 2 and one 6 having them wake up some early despite us getting there at 2am, after this I checked out with 40 mins. When we contacted booking.com they mentioned that the hotel cannot refund this because the fire alarm was turned off immediately after, which was not the truth as the front desk mentioned that they would have to wait till the fire Marshal reaches and turns it off. The fact that we had to get down and wake my kids was already an issue due to a mistake that was not ours A disappointment stay and incorrect information provided to booking.com

We stayed here before and...

Liked: The location is nice.
Disliked: The pool is broken and so was the ice machine. The bed sheets were worn out. The bathroom door looked like someone tried to tear it off the hinges. Several television channels were frozen and it was so crowded in the breakfast area that we couldn’t even get breakfast.

Good overnight stay.

Disliked: Wi-fi was not “protected”, could not use it.
