Good

Liked: Price and location was good. Staff was very nice. EV charging station located in Meijer park lot which is walking distance from the hotel.
Disliked: Not sure but you can tell weed was present and for a family man I try to keep my 8 year old away from the thought of this.

Out of towners

Liked: The location was walking distance to Mejier if you had a EV to charge near by. The pool was nice and breakfast even though the same it was good. Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Not a heated pool other than that pretty decent. Went here 2 separate days 4 days apart and the bed didn't seem 100% clean so maybe about 85% decent.

Awesome

Liked: Guest services we're great, overall stay was awesome.
Disliked: Elevator could have been more cleanly. Rooms should be sound proof from hallway noise.

Liked: The guy that was working the front desk when we arrived was very friendly and eager to accommodate us.
Disliked: We were on the third floor and they had metal gutters right out our window that apparently some birds had made a home out of. Around 5:00 a.m. every morning you could hear them rooting around inside the gutters which made it impossible for me to fall back asleep. The key cards kept getting deactivated even after we followed their rules and kept them away from any other credit cards, any other cards or any cell phones. We even left them on the desk after receiving them and the following morning they did not work. Second night we were there our smoke alarm/ carbon monoxide detector started telling us to evacuate the building while we were sleeping. When I entered the hallway, I did not hear any other smoke alarms going off, so I called down to the front desk to which they notified me that there was not a alarm going off that I should press the test button on the smoke alarm. However, the test button was covered and could not be pressed. There was a switch on the back that I was able to use to deactivate the device but once you placed it back in the holder it reactivated and started going off again. I was told that somebody would come the following day to change it. Nobody showed up. There were also small black curly hairs stuck to the wall in the bathroom. I'm bald and my daughters have long brown hair. For a room that had two queen beds, there should be more than one chair to sit in as well.
