Within walking distance to the beach and fairgrounds and all of downtown. This is a very clean hotel and one of the few that does not have a mildew smell.

An older property, but well maintained. Very close to the freeway, in fact the on ramp to SB 101 is less than 100 yards from the driveway to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the included breakfast was really good. The wifi internet was pretty slow though. Overall, great place for the price paid.
