Disappointing

Disliked: All information online says the hotel has a hot tub. I arrived after driving 10hrs hoping to relax in the hot tub but to only find the hot tub covered up by a makeshift deck and the pool to cold to even enjoy. Change your online profile to say (NO Hot Tub or how about just fixing it).

Exceptional

Liked: There was absolutely nothing about this hotel that I liked. We actually left at 8:00 p.m. didn't even stay the night.
Disliked: The things I did not like is that there was supposed to be a hot tub at the hotel it was boarded over. That was the main reason for me getting that hotel. They still had carpet from the 80s the hotel is not been updated our bed was at a slant. I can go on

Disliked: The pool was working when we checked in which is why we went to this hotel but was closed in the morning for maintenance my grandchildren were so disappointed,as stated it was the whole reason we stayed at this hotel,

Liked: Clean ( cleaner smell really strong almost irritating my sinus 1st night) Staff always polite and friendly
Disliked: Elevator out of order and I was on the 4th floor. So many trips up and down stairs to leave with my luggage on checkout day.
