Disliked: Its dirty even the carpet you need walk in shoes specially with kids. The white lady at the front desk She was so nasty so serious not even saying a good morning. She nerd to be friendly in my opinion

Liked: Great bed..
Disliked: Could have been cleaner. Saw hair not of my nationality on the bathroom floors and a dead waterbug/roach. The rooms were "cleaned" prior to us entering. Attention to detail is everything..

The staff we encountered were...

Liked: The bed we finally got was very comfortable.
Disliked: The first room bed was filthy. The sheets were not clean. The bathroom in our second bedroom didn’t flush. We had to press it several times to go down.

Clean, comfy and quiet room....

Liked: Parking in sight of the room was tough. I realized that's first come first served.Great breakfast with lots of food choices.
Disliked: Elevator was a little slow I think. But that's the only thing I noticed.

Ok.

Liked: The breakfast was good. Consider doing some turkey bacon/ sausage. Everybody doesn't eat pork
Disliked: There was a event in the area. I couldn't rest and sleep. There were people yelling and running up and down the hall. I paid that money to come there for a nights rest because of bad situation and still didn't have any peace. The front desk wouldn't give me any back .
