Disappointing

Disliked: The hotel over charged me for my roomBy 25 dollars wich in return left me without the 50 dollars for the security deposit. Once money was returned to m account it was still 25 dollars short of what should have been returned. The door to get into the hotel was malfunctioning and would not let me and my family into the door resulted is us walking all the way to the front of the hotel with our hands over flowing with luggage. Very disappointed in our experience with this property .

Needs better house keeping.

Liked: Very good location and friendly staff.
Disliked: The chair and foot rest in the room were cloth and extremely filthy and stained. They need cleaned or replaced. It took about five minutes to get hot water in the shower.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Keeping up with coffee during breakfast. Business office computers dirty and keyboard letters almost nonexistent. Printer was offline so not able to print boarding passes. Went to check in and "oh I guess I'll have to fix." Never did.

Disliked: Issues with ants, spiders, cockroaches, overall cleanliness of room

Liked: Location of hotel, close to where we needed to be.
Disliked: Couldn't get my laptop to connect to Wi-Fi for the entire stay and staff was no help. Coffee maker was an old pod style instead of Kcup, brought Kcups and Couldn't use, 1st hotel I've stay in that didn't have kcup Coffee maker for the last 12years. Breakfast was OK the first day served biscuits & gravy and bacon. 2nd day bacon and extremely hard French toast that I couldn't even cut through with a knife and No scrambled eggs.
