Disliked: You did not have the Cubs local station for MLB. marquee network. So close to Chicago and no channels for them.

Horrible. Never stay at Peterson...

Liked: Breakfast was generically so-so.Don't be late. Door locks promptly at 9:30.
Disliked: Having alarm go off 4 times over three hours 11pm to 3am approx.Then staff indicating there would be a full night charge removed and saying "glad you are sleeping well" to end call.Manager decided to comp a lesser amount so as not to lose money completing fraud to the afore mentioned front desk communication.

Disliked: noticed in the bathroom wall paper starting to peel did not appreciate the fire alarm going off 3 x starting at midnight then around 1 and the last time at 1:57am - staff offered no compensation ....apparently had issues w/ wiring

Liked: The location was great. Close to everything and the event we were going to. The place was very clean and staff friendly. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfy. We had no problems at all.
Disliked: We didn't experience any problems
