Liked: The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. My room was very clean, even the shower/tub and mirrors. It's got a great location near several restaurants. It's only a short drive to St Louis.
Disliked: There was only an ice maker on the first floor in the lobby area which was a little far from our room. I was a little disappointed with their breakfast choices. Not enough variety.

Liked: It was clean and quite. Got a good night rest.

Disliked: The Staff culd use some help, and Hotel offered breakfast online and No breakfast of any kind whatsoever not even juice n toast.ALL TGEY HAD WAS COFFEE,the Pool was not clean the water actually had an oily film, stuff floating in water, n culdnt use Spa

Disliked: The room had spots on the ceiling from a leak on the upper level. I had my room for 2 days and they never came to clean nor did they bring me clean towels when I asked.

Disliked: No pool...and breakfast selection...always out of something

Disliked: It was filthy. Sheets were stained, comforter had burn holes, food under the mattress, stained mattress. The young lady working the front desk had loud friends there just hanging out. Also there was no breakfast as advertised.

Liked: It was quiet, that's the only good thing I can say.
Disliked: Being charged more than double the nightly rate in addition to already paying the nightly rate is ridiculous! Most budget hotels have a microwave and fridge, not this one. The staff was direct and abrupt, bordering on completely rude
