Liked: The front desk guy had to help us with the TV remote to work and hr was very helpful and courteous.
Disliked: When we got to the room there was no remote for TV nor a hairdryer. It took 3 times to the front desk for just to get the remote correct. The front desk guy finally came to our room and got it right.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: It was an older hotel. The lobby was nice. The rooms need to be updated. We had two different door handles. The curtains had stains on them. It need to be updated.

Great staff

Liked: Check in was very easy. We needed another blanket, the young man brought it to our room. He even refused a tip.
Disliked: Hard fried eggs, prefer scrambled.

Pillows

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. I did not get a chance to try the breakfast. But from what I saw, it seemed to be the usual continental breakfast items. The staff was nice. I was glad to be so close to the OU campus for family weekend.
Disliked: There was only 1 in the living area and no trash can in the restroom. The pillows were way too soft. Made my neck and shoulder hurt.
