Poor

Liked: staff was friendly.Arrived very late so didnt use anything
Disliked: Room was not clean and had blood stains on rug.. Shower was not clean and had hairs on the base.

Liked: nothing
Disliked: the room was dirty, mirrors, unwashed, old TV, you couldn't even watch Netflix, and they took it from my account instead of $186, it was over $600 and no one helped me with it, they just said sorry, now I have to wait for my money and I could smell marijuana all the time.

Liked: Nice size room. Staff was great.
Disliked: The floor in my room had not been vacuumed and the sheets although clean had some pretty bad stains I get they happen but cut your l losses and throw them away

Not what I expected!

Disliked: The place was outdated and need to be cleaned. The furniture was old and soiled. There was no ice bucket and no hair dryer. Breakfast was no good, the waffle machine was a mess as was the breakfast area. Ate somewhere else! Does not deserve to be called Country Inn and Suites by Radisson!
