Liked: I liked the whirlpool in our room but it didn't keep water well it kept draining out.
Disliked: I liked the whirlpool in our room but it didn't keep water well it kept draining out. We also had some loud people coming down the hallway at 1am and banged on our door very loud and woke us up.

Disliked: Stayed 2 nights Jan 31st and Feb 1st Morning of the 31st entire hotel had no hot water I was unable to shower. Asked for a refund was told only the manager can refund the stay. Asked to speak with the manager for the next two days. Was told she comes in at 12, she'll be in at 3 and blah blah blah. Anyway was denied a charge back through my charge card company. So never did get a refund. Book elsewhere, there is a chain hotel directly across the street.
