The rooms looked good from what we checked. The beds were okay but woke up with a sore back. I would probably stay there again. I was not a big fan of the restaurant.

A comfortable, quiet night.

Liked: The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was fine. Coffee was good as was the orange juice. It would have been nice to have had fresh bake goods instead of packaged. Location off the lobby was good.
Disliked: The hotel showed signs of wear. The carpeting and showers were less than appealing but the water was hot.

Great place, may stay there...

Liked: The Italian Restaurant at the property was the best, it made up for any other shortcomings. Easy to check in and access to the room.
Disliked: Room was a little grimed, especially around the entrance. Also, sofa sleeper was very worn and ripped cushions. Had issues using the washer and dryer but attendant resolved the issue by letting us use the facilities industrial dryer.

Disliked: The beds were hard, TV volume was breaking up, alarm clock had to be unplugged because it was making a static noise. My husband is tall and the knob to adjust the height of the shower head was broken couldn't raise it up.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was amazing! It was the best place we've stayed on our trip from, Knoxville TN, to Vancouver WA. The restaurant had the best food and prices.
Disliked: Our only complaint would be the pillows there were 3 on the bed and they were small twin size pillows.

Liked: The room was clean, the staff were friendly, breakfast was good.
Disliked: The hot tub was "closed for maintenance" and we were okay ed for a late checkout and we still got locked out of our room.

Pleasant

Disliked: It seems when we book through Priceline we're given low quality rooms. We e stayed in the same facility for other events and loved our stay. This time the mattress was awful. I felt like when I sat on it I would slide off and when I layed on it I felt I would roll out.
