Liked: Exceptionally clean room, comfortable, and conveniently located. Front desk staff, when available, were courteous and helpful. Loved the pool and spa and included breakfast, especially the waffles!
Disliked: The breakfast attendant on our first morning was lovely, then the next two mornings there was a different attendant who was abysmal. Grouchy, scolding guests, not preparing ample hot food, and complaining aloud about providing basic breakfast service. She then started cleaning up all food, unplugging waffle irons, emptying trash, and shutting down the dining area a full half hour before breakfast service was scheduled to end, and chastised guests for using trash cans and expecting breakfast when it was still supposed to be available. It was a terrible way to start the day.

Liked: Absolutely LOVED the friendliness & helpfulness of the entire staff that was working during our stay. The hotel was nice as is, but the wonderful staff truly make the difference!!
Disliked: Always wish the indoor swimming pool hours were open later or swim at your own risk entirely 24hrs day.

A lovely option for visiting...

Liked: Breakfast was great, a delightful number of choices for all age groups. And the staff was helpful, keeping the area clean and picked up despite it being a busy Saturday morning. The pool was fun for the kids and the hot tub in working order.
