I changed rooms the day of my check-in. I was quoted a price with the difference for changing rooms but wasn't informed about the $50 incidental deposit. When I went to call the front desk later about the charge at the time, the phone in the room was not working. Everything was plugged in but I couldn't even get a dial tone. There was a chocolate bar in a trash can in my room upon check in.

Disliked: Guest services by front desk. Cleanliness of room.

The location and the staff was very friendly; the room was clean; the breakfast was good; the hotel was within walking distance of the mall and several restauraunts and had a free shuttle. I would stay here again.

Disliked: I booked a suite and they put us in a handicapped room. I wish they had asked me if that was OK. Also, the suite door was glass with no curtain, so it sort of defeats the purpose of a suite.

The staff was very friendly, the suite was very nice, and the free shuttle service was tremendous.

Liked: Everything was great.

My friend and I enjoyed our trip very much due to the close proximity to all we wanted. Great shopping, great restaurants, close to concert venue, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, small groups, families or anyone that wanted a nice weekend with plenty to do and a nice hotel nearby.

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location! Comfortable and clean.
Disliked: More bathroom counter space; larger shower curtain.

High price for a meh...

Liked: I liked that the hotel was able to cancel the one room that I didn't need. Other than that the stay was just meh. I don't believe we will stay at this hotel again.
Disliked: The gal that I talked to on the phone, Mikaya, was rude. She said things like "I don't much care if you stay in the extra room, but you will pay for it". She also hung up on me when I called back because she charged my card for my whole stay before I even arrived. When we arrived to check in the girl behind the counter did not inform us of hotel policies and swiped through them on the signature pad and then expected me to confirm that we read and understood them. She was rude to me and my husband. The room had peeling paint and no USB slots for charging.

Liked: The staff was friendly, the breakfast area was clean & well-attended. The breakfast variety was complete and kept adequately supplied.
Disliked: EVERYTHING needed to be cleaner. The carpets needed cleaning. The drain in our bathroom sink was slow, causing an unpleasant back-up of gunk in the sink. There was a mop and bucket left in the ice room that didn't move the entire time we were there. By its dried out appearance, it had been left there for some time. UGH! There were some "construction supplies" leaning in the main hall that never moved. The management needs to be more on top of this stuff. It's unsightly, unclean, not safe, and doesn't reflect well on the facility overall. PS: There was a large wet spot on the carpet of our room when we checked in. I took a Lysol Wipe & soaked up the liquid. It was brown, so I'm assuming it was spilled coffee. If it had been yellow, I might have suspected a recent dog, since this is a "pet friendly" facility. This should have been cleaned before the room was rented out again.

Nice stay. Nothing too fancy....

Liked: Quiet location. Lots to do close by. Nice breakfast selection.
Disliked: It did appear that it wasn’t being taken care of the best. Elevator smelled musty, lots of dusty areas in the lobby, one drawer in the dresser in our room did not stay closed.
