Tighten up breakfast process and...

Liked: I saw ppl coming in through the front entrance and going to eat breakfast. Could have been guests but not likely all of them. Must ave seen about 12-15 men coming in to eat while we were having breakfast. I happened to be sitting in the dining room with direct site to the front door. With so many ppl taking even pocket fulls of food - I had to ask the attendant for eggs, water, hard boiled eggs, fruit. She was helpful but was stocking minimally, confirming the concerns about ppl coming in from outside and taking large quantities of food. As a paying guest - I shouldnt have so many issues just getting food. My suggestion: Give each paid guest a dated wristband or voucher - to be required to access the breakfast area. Having a staff member assigned to collect the vouchers at the door would provide you a huge cost savings and a quality breakfast for paying guests.
Disliked: My 5y/o grandson had severe itching after being in the pool - no rash, just itching. That never happened before. Had to rush him into a hot shower and wash off any residue. We cane for a surprise oppotunity for he and his brother and myself (Grandma) to go swimming on his birthday. He left in tears because he couldn't get back in the pool - which turned a birthday surprise from being special to disappointing. Are the chemicals checked regularly?

Liked: The staff were very friendly. The desk in the lobby was decked out in springtime decorations. Very cute!
Disliked: My room faced the parking lot, which was very loud. At 6:30 in the morning it seemed every loud truck in the universe was leaving the lot at the same time.

Liked: Location was conducive for the purpose of my travel to visit a potential employer.Breakfast was good. Second floor was VERY quiet.
Disliked: Building was a bit older than expected with a few creaky floors but overall was not too bad!
