Disliked: The non smoking room smelled like smoke - it was horrible. The entire hotel smelled of smoke.

Disliked: Staff was rude, housekeeping did not come in clean the room nor left clean linens

Liked: I like that the property was close by Carowinds.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the room wasn’t really clean! The hotel it self isn’t kept up with! Like there was rust everywhere, the locks on the bathroom didn’t work! The sheets had stains! The beds were so hard! And last but least the room didn’t get turn down while me and my family was a the park! We came back to trash can still fill, no new sheets and no clean towels! I actually check out a day early because I couldn’t take it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Disliked: The beds were not comfortable. The pillows were flat as pancakes and the shower would leak to the floor. We were in a room that the door handle kept jamming and the staff had to open the door overtime we returned to the room.
