Staff is always friendly and eager to help. Clean room and overall excellent.

Liked: Location and very close to so many places. Food/drinks - the Salvage Station. Check in and check out is very easy and staff is awesome.
Disliked: Not really anything bad.

I would stay again.

Liked: The hotel was almost new and very comfortable. The name is a little misleading as it is not in the River Arts district at all. Rather, it was on a hill next to Interstate and there was very little places to walk. If you went anywhere you had to go in a vehicle although the hotel offered free van service to downtown and River Arts which we took advantage of. The staff was excellent and friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was very comfortable, although ours looked out on the roof and the air conditioning units. (Not a great view.
Disliked: The view from our room was bad. We would have liked a location that was within walking distance of downtown or River Arts. The one elevator was often very slow.

Liked: Close to downtown but did not charge for parking.
Disliked: Advertised that shuttle service would take you downtown but it was not available during our stay. Shuttle service only available on weekends which should be stated in description of hotel.

Liked: The hotel was very nice and the room was very welcoming and nicely decorated. It had good lighting, which is usually overlooked in hotel rooms. We loved the suite style, with living area separated from the sleeping area
Disliked: However, at a closer look, it felt like the room hadn't been updated, which made it uncomfortable: old duvet, with filling bunched up in clumps in some areas and empty of filling in others; the same to be said about the pillows. The shower curtain bar was loose and made the curtain fall to the center, leaving wide gaps on both ends and therefore water spilling into the bathroom. In all, nice staff, decent breakfast, but the rooms are in need of some urgent updating

Liked: I thought the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and fresh everyday. And the pool was also very clean and well kept.
Disliked: I thought the shuttle instructions could have been a little clearer. We were never told more information about it. So, we never utilized it because it was a bit unclear.
