The worst experience we have...

Liked: The location was ok, but didnt like anything about this place it was disgusting and I want my money back.
Disliked: The first thing is that the staff was very rude and was not helpful at all. I was charged 3 times and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I arrived at midnight on 4-6-24. The couch bed had red stuff on it like someone had just spilled it. Then after we open the couch use the bed. The bed was broken, so bad that my son could not sleep on it. The fridge had food in it and the bathroom was filthy as if someone had just checked out. It smelled like cigarette smoke and urine in the room. We asked for another room, especially for the condition of the bed for my son. They said they could not give me another room or change the price. Then they decided to bring a portable folding twin-size bed to the room that was also in bad condition and smelled like urine. So my son had to squeeze into the bed with us and we slept very uncomfortable as we had already been on the road for hours to get there, but what made it even worse was the fact that we purchased queen size bed and had 2 full size. Imagine the discomfort. Still, no one could help us because management doesn't allow the accommodation we asked for. Then when we checked out around 9 am. They took off like 30 bucks and that was all they could do to accommodate us. I showed them the pics of the bed and the condition of that disgusting bathroom that we could not use. We had to wipe off with towels at the sink because of the filth.

Disruptive Second Level

Liked: Room size was great. Housekeeping was amazing and great Ambience
Disliked: The noise level and continuous running back n forth from upstairs made it difficult to rest

THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!

Disliked: I had to switch rooms because the first was not clean!All to be switched to another room where the beds was made but they did not remove the dirty sheets from off the beds and there was use napkins under the flat sheet!!!!THIS WAS THE WORST EVER!!!!PlusThe indoor pool was not opened like I was informed over the phone it was!!!!!!

One of the worst stays...

Liked: There was not much to like
Disliked: It was dirty. We found someone else’s dirty clothes. Asked for a cleaning and linen change, after returning we found that the linens had not been changed and the room was still dirty. When we alerted the staff to this we were told the cleaning staff had left for the day and was given sheets to change ourselves. Everything was janky and dingy. Overall terrible stay
