Baited & Switched

Liked: Location and cleanliness. Even the parking space was well lit and trash free
Disliked: The unprofessional check in. The false advertising for a business space( computer/printing) and the lack luster breakfast. Also the unaccountability of the staff for not having a business center available and not disclosing that until requested.

My stay was good.

Liked: Hotel was very nice for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location and with lots of meal options.
Disliked: The elevator was broken, and I had to climb three flights of stairs to get to my room. The breakfast was okay; however, you could offer more options like cooked oatmeal. Coffee 24 hrs. would also be nice.
