Uncomfortable

Liked: I liked the breakfast and the cleaniness of the hotel room.
Disliked: We lost power during our stay; I have video showing were we didn't have power in our room. As well as the air conditioning wasn't working since we didn't have power for some time. So it was hot and uncomfortable. The hotel didn't offer a discount or any type of accommodations.

Liked: Staff are generally friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Before arrival I asked two times about the airport shuttle but apparently those were not replied. On 17th April 2024, the hotel phone system was down, for over an hour I could not call back the hotel to arrange airport shuttle so I had to call Uber instead, bit of nuisance for a traveller.....

Review of recent stay

Liked: The location and the price. The hotel has free breakfast.
Disliked: The bathroom floor tiles were loose and did not feel safe stepping on them. You could tell there were repairs made recently.

Liked: Our room was large. Bed was comfortable, great location.
Disliked: Something was wrong with the pixel of the TV. There were vertical lines in one side of the TV. The room was next to the side door exit and the door kept slamming anytime someone came in and out.
