Excellent service and perfect answer...

Liked: They took excellent care of us. We just needed to rest during a long layover in travel. We got in after midnight and we were still able to get picked up by the shuttle and checked in at the desk. Our morning return was equally excellent and we had a warm breakfast on our way out. Thank you!

Liked: Location was great. Staff and the cleaning crew were just awesome! They go the extra mile to ensure your comfort.
Disliked: Limited breakfast options and tea selections. To separate smoking and non smoking. Breakfast hours too early & short. (7-9am) Missing TV guides, and can not use Netflix and other apps.

All and all I enjoyed...

Liked: The staff was nice we had a little chuckle when I checking in. The location was good enough for me.
Disliked: The beds are extremely hard. I had back pain leaving.

Disliked: Lack of breakfast and coffee options. Inconvenience. My daughter got sick and I asked for another blanket and was told they were all out. Not good.
