Their pool is always closed...

Liked: Their cable never worked 1 day I stay overnight there. I called front desk & staff told me to talk to the main manager in the morning for a partial refund & I took a shower that night got out on the bath towel & the floor was dirty as I turned over the bath towel to dry off more water on the floor from the walk in shower. I saw the dirty floor markings on the dirty towel as I was try n to dry my feet off . I called the front desk several times ask n about their cable not working yet. They kept saying it would be reset soon & the next morning it was not on! I tried to get part of my money back from manager. He told me the wifi was free & so was the cable tv. It's included in the price of their hotel. The manager told me to contact your booking agencies to get part of my money back since I used my direct express card from my direct express card. He told me If u tell him to refund part of it than he will give me back 20%.His hotel is a joke & there r 2 sites for same hotel in pekin illinois & 1 is 65 & the other is 60 $ for the night. They charged me 71 $ from way earlier time I stayed with them.The manager is very rude to women cause he thinks I'm just a woman!
Disliked: 99% of everything & their pool was closed & the bathroom floor was very dirty & the water faucets on walk n shower was leaking from behind the faucet.

Liked: I didn't go to the breakfast, don't know if there even was one, the only 'good' thing about the place was the location.....
Disliked: the receptionist didn't even know which side of the building my room was on. .knew nothing about the wi-fi, which I could not connect to ... the bathroom had a badly stained towel on the tub.... the walls in the bathroom are in desperate need of painting the main floors were not overly clean looking... small stains on the coverlet and even a small one the bottom sheet, that I didn't see until the next morning, it was on the other side of the bed.....
