Liked: Room was clean, staff was nice and the breakfast was great!
Disliked: The dryer wasn’t working, however one of the staff members told me about a close by laundry mat I could use.

Liked: Everything was good and the room was quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: There was a couple of people sleeping in thier car..in the parking lot..next to our truck. I guess, I don't begrudge people a safe place to sleep, but...it was not a good thing to see as we did ask about security....

Ok but not great. Close...

Liked: The room was clean and fairly nice with contemporary decorations, a little fridge, comfy bedding.
Disliked: All spaces outside of the room were very run down. The elevator floor was taped with multiple colors of duct tape and I think cardboard, right where you enter. Didn’t smell great in the halls. We specifically booked this location over others that were better rated, specifically because it has an indoor pool. However, discovered when we arrived the pool was closed for maintenance. (Upon looking through the door to the pool room, the pool is tiny!) The free breakfast food looked terrible- like it had all been frozen and reheated - not enough- in a microwave (I am sure that was the case). The young man who checked us in was very, very nice. However, when I checked out, there was a woman working who I passed 3-4 times without her looking up from her phone. I looked at her the first time expecting we would greet each other and was very put off that she didn’t even look up from her phone to acknowledge my presence.

This hotel needs updates.

Liked: The location of the property was ideal and close to our destination.
Disliked: We stayed in room 102. The showerhead was a hand-held device. It was not attached to the wall and was draped over the railing in the shower. We also had to put a towel down in the shower due to it being dirty. The water did not have a stopper lip so the water ran out onto the floor. There wasn't a place in the shower to put your soap, shampoo or conditioner on, so it ended up on the floor.
