Liked: Even though the hotel was under renovations all of the staff went above and beyond to help us out.Mallory was fantastic. There was also a male clerk that made of an important papers for me.but I did not get his name, I appreciate his help so much.

Disliked: The room that we got the heater was not working the room was very cold they gave us another room they had to sheets or pillows for the sofa bed phone didn’t work properly no shampoo or conditioner in the restroom and to top it off did not have a proper breakfast only waffles and they ran out of the breakfast sandwich

Liked: I used to use this regularly when it was that Cfort Suites. I won’t be back
Disliked: I’d like hot water for my shower. I let the water run for a full half hour and no hot water. Television did not work. All accoutrements had been made as cheaply as possible like undersized coffee cups. Facility was under construction

The stay w as good....

Liked: I don’t like that the attendants don’t check the messages. I got charged an extra 54 dollars and I have no idea why.

Poor

Disliked: Construction going on, no electricity during the day, elevator issues, no breakfast, overall horrible stay and was only informed of this a few days before my check in date.
