Liked: We had a great stay. Seemed very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only negative was that the ironing board looked really dirty and the iron was not clean.

Nice hotel. Appeared to be...

Liked: We have stayed here before. Location is the main reason.
Disliked: We didn't have very good hot water. My wife tried to take an evening shower and the water was barely warm. I took one early Sunday morning and the water still wasn't very warm. Normally this is not an issue.

The staff was very pleasant....

Disliked: The room is not very sound proof. I was awakened several times during the night from noises in the hallway or from another room.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: We are locals who booked a night for our son’s birthday so he could swim in the pool. Upon arriving and entering the pool room, the pool room was uncomfortable to sit in without a jacket so obviously the pool was freezing. We asked the person at the front desk about the pool and we were told the heating element was out and would be repaired the next day. We explained that the pool was our only reason for staying so we asked for a refund so we could go to a hotel with an operational pool. The gentleman at the front desk explained we would need to request a refund from booking.com and once they sent the request to the hotel it would be approved. Booking.com sent the request and after not receiving a refund, we contacted the hotel again and were told we should receive a refund soon. We have never received the refund we were promised and we do not appreciate being lied to and stolen from. We were only at your hotel for 40 minutes and charged for an entire night.

It was the WORST hotel...

Liked: The location wasn’t bad. It was only 10-15 minutes away from Huntington. Several gas stations and restaurants were less than a mile from this location.
Disliked: HAD BED BUGS. NO HOT WATER. SHOWER KNOB BROKEN. NOT CLEAN. UNFRIENDLY. POOL HEATER BROKEN. FREE BREAKFAST WAS SO GROSS WE SPENT MONEY ELSEWHERE. DO NOT STAY HERE

Overall, our stay was fine....

Liked: Breakfast was fine. No problem with the location. This was our second stay at the facilities.
Disliked: The fan did not shut off which made the temperature in the room cool. This occurred after unsuccessfully trying shut it off manually.
