Surprisingly good. Would stay again.

Liked: Great location. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good - lots of choice and plenty still available 30 mins before end of service. Would stay again.
Disliked: Front desk employees are a bit disengaged but honestly this didn't really bother us because everything else was fairly good.

Superb

Liked: We arrived later in the evening and the guy who checked us in just asked my name and that was all he said to me. He got on the phone and was talking while checking me in then just put a paper in front of me and pointed where to sign then handed me keys . Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Kinda rude front desk person and light fixtures and things in the room seemed to be falling down. Air conditioner took forever to cool down and was pretty loud.

Very comfortable bed

Liked: Very comfortable bed and spacious couch.
Disliked: There was a water break and I had to wait 2 hours until they turned the water back on to shower. Then it was very cold. I didn't feel like they did they anything to correct the situation and make me a happy customer

Liked: Location was good. Laundry access was good.
Disliked: Killed a cockroach in our room. I had accidentally left my id and credit card at the front desk. Instead of calling my room or my cell to inform me …I had to call the front desk to see if I left it. The person didn’t even know. He had to call the person who was working when I checked in.

A surprsingly nice hotel in...

Liked: This was just a stopover in a town that I had no expectations of. So this place, not expensive, was a pleasant surprise. Nothing outstanding, bur the room was comfortable, staff were friendly.

I really like everything but...

Disliked: There is one employee at the front desk that both times I’ve stayed is very rude.

Passable

Liked: Location good and easy to find.
Disliked: The room had the handle to the shower on the back of the toilet, stains on the couch, carpet was dirty. The whole room felt unkempt and “old” for a not too old hotel.
