Liked: She gave me a refund with no issues.
Disliked: There were drugs, smoking, no food, about 5 people behind the desk and a little dog asking if I was a correctional officer...people working on their cars in the parking lot. There was no food for breakfast and no ceiling in the elevator, doors of the floor where my room was were open and people going from room to room...it was nasty and scary!

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: Order was for two beds, got to the hotel and was given a 1 bed room for 5 guest. Pool was shut down.

Horrible

Liked: Only thing that was decent about the property was that there was a slide in the hotel
Disliked: The property didn’t state that animals were allowed in the hotel. I spent a total of an hour in the hotel. As soon as we get out of the pool I went to take a shower there was black hair inside the shower as if it wasn’t cleaned. The air would not work so we were sweating. There was trash all in the hallway such as food on the floor etc while the hotel staff was sitting around watching Netflix.

This was the worst stay...

Disliked: I did not like a single thing. Was not clean at all. Very unsanitary. There was hair and stains everywhere roof was moldy and dripping, and bugs in the room.

The desk worker was nice...

Liked: Property was easy to get to but we ended up not staying the night.
Disliked: Don’t be fooled by the pictures of this motel. It is extremely dirty! The flooring is worn and chipped/broken/stained. Dead bolt did not work on the room door. The microwave handle was broken and only had a screw sticking out. The couch was extremely stained and broken down. We could not stay because of how ran down it was and not feeling safe.
