It was fairly easy to find; river view from room was nice; wasn't too far from BB&T.

Liked: The river view; bed was comfortable; it was fairly clean.
Disliked: Needs remodeled; had a smell; needs more parking.

Service was fantastic. Rooms were amazing. Excellent hotel all the way around!

Disliked: Construction outside the hotel starting at 7 A.M!

Liked: Again... location location location! Perfect location and price. The suite we had was extremely roomy. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff was always friendly and willing to help with anything.
Disliked: Needs more mirrors on the walls or on the dresser.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful about directions etc, breakfast was very good, the room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom was great and conveniently located.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Comfortable rooms, but very noisy...

Liked: The beds were comfortable. The rooms were huge, so you weren’t climbing all over each other - plenty of space to work or lounge. We appreciated the free parking and easy accessibility into town either walking or driving.
Disliked: We booked a city view which led me to believe we would be on a higher floor. We were put on the first floor of rooms (205) which sits above the parking garage. We were across from the laundry and right next door to the exercise room. On the other side of the exercise room was the breakfast area, lounging area and conference room - so it was a very noisy stay. I should have asked for another room, but really they should not be booking that room especially if other room are available.

Liked: I loved the view from our room. We were given a room on the top floor overlooking the river. It was a beautiful view day and night.

Good value and modern but...

Liked: We were upgraded to a room on the back away from the road, facing the river
Disliked: The lack of awareness to recycling and sustainability. There is absolutely no reason that the breakfast should be generating loads of paper, disposable garbage and plastic cutlery every single day. There was not even a recycling bin for plastic bottles. The dishes should be real dishes and reused and there should be recycling bins there. Also the breakfast was high carb and there was hardly any fruit.

Disliked: Weird layout. Kinda tight, parking was wonkey, but overall good.
