The hotel was very clean and the room we had was spacious. Staff was ultra friendly and helpful.

Pros:  Brandon was our desk clerk when we checked in and he was amazing! He took real good care of us and was super helpful. He made our stay wonderful. The room was great, spacious and had everything one would need.
Cons:  The view was so-so but I didn't expect much downtown.

This was an OK hotel, although I certainly wouldn't pay full price. I had a little trouble checking in and I felt the gentelman at the front desk was being a little condescending when explaining some of the charges to me, so that was a little off-putting. The room was a good size and all the basics were present, however the network cable for web access was broken (they offer free wifi though) and I had a hard time getting the windows to shut properly. The complimentary things like shampoo, conditioner, skin care - they could do better and same thing goes for the coffee in the room.. awful. But overall, a quiet stay and close to plenty of the city's features.

Pros:  It's location on the Mag Mile was prime. The room was quiet, couldn't hear much once the door was closed.
Cons:  The floors could have been vacuumed better and the windows properly sealed.
