Liked: Breakfast was GREAT!!! And they offered a medical shuddle to my appt.

Just OK stay

Liked: Location was in close proximity of medical appointment. Front desk lady was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast not too many choices but tasty and satisfying. Room was good size and clean.
Disliked: We had to change rooms because we couldn’t get the shower to work, and even the second room we had to have a maintenance person come turn on the shower. Also spouse complained of severe back pain from the hard mattress.

Liked: Breakfast was very good, the room was very clean and big , location is perfect, we went for a concert in Toyota Center, so very easy in and out for most of the Houston attractions we were looking for.
Disliked: I arrived early , and advised but they did not let me make an early check in, at check out time, my reservation said 12, the lady in the front desk said it was before 11.. I was a little dissappointed, we ended up leaving early anyway. I guess it will be best service more flexibility in the check in

We had a wonderful stay...

Liked: The property was clean and close to the areas we were in town to explore. The staff were super friendly upon checking in and out.
Disliked: There wasn’t any water available for purchase at the gift shop so we ended up going to target to get some.

Liked: The cleanliness, the gym, the pool and the definitely room size. Internet access was good
Disliked: The breakfast had a wide selection bit even the "healthier options" were processed or had lots of sugar.

The staff is honest and...

Liked: My guest left her sunglasses and the staff put them in lost and found. They have the glasses available for pickup. I thought that was good service.
Disliked: The back parking lot is scary at night. Doesn't seem safe.
