Bad Experience

Liked: Location
Disliked: The lobby smelt horrible, our room smelt very bad , the towels that were given to us were dirty with dried food , the a/c didn't work and neither did the phone that we needed to call about the a/c. We would never stay again. Very disappointed!

Icing on the cake

Liked: Staff were very professional, friendly and responsive. Alicia one of the desk clerks who welcomed us was a pure gem. Polite, helpful and just pleasant all around
Disliked: Too short of a stay. We were in town for a wedding, hotel location,cleanliness and hospitality all made trip delightful. The lady handling the kitchen was attentive and had dining area stocked and presentable every morning. Wonderful breakfast options during our stay
