It is a nice hotel...

Liked: The hotel is clean. The beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Disliked: While sitting outside the hotel I was approached by someone who gave me the creeps. He asked me if I was staying alone. I’m not sure if he was staying at the hotel or not. He did walk inside but then I saw him come back outside a minute later.

Liked: The ease of access was great and front desk staff was exceptional.
Disliked: Room just finished renovation with paint smell still on walls. Debris from carpentry and unsealed dry wall.. paint on the bathroom floors.

Liked: We liked the breakfast options and hours on the weekend. The room was ok. The soaps and shampoos had a nice fragrance that wasn't too strong.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower would go down or cut right off in the middle of a shower. The shower curtain needed to be cleaned/replaced. The breakfast service stopped at 9am on weekdays, but we were on vacation, so we didn't want to go down that early. We didn't eat the breakfast two of the three days we were there.

Disliked: Renovations were not made known, so stepping off the elevator onto a floor that was being renovated was unsettling and unsightly at 12 midnight.

Misleading, uncomfortable, unclean and unfriendly

Liked: Location
Disliked: Overall it was dirty, the hallways, doors, common areas and room carpets and floors. No water pressure at all in the shower. The strangest part is the front desk workers do not acknowledge guests as they come in (if there is someone there), they are on their phones, eating at the breakfast area or more often ignore you all together. Overall it is an uncomfortable and unclean place. Ironically I choose it bc of the ratings.
