Not worth the money spent for the hotel room. Customer service was pleasant, but accommodations were not in good shape at all.

Disliked: Hide a bed in poor shape, actually kind of disgusting.

Liked: Location was fine and the beds were nice and comfortable.

Liked: The staff is VERY friendly and the hotel feels safe and is clean. This is my second time staying and switched hotels for my future trip to KC to stay a 3rd time with Comfort Inn.
Disliked: My only complaint is I would wake up too late this trip to enjoy the breakfast provided
