Liked: Nothing was like described in booking.
Disliked: Property was not clean smelled like paint thinner everywhere. In the booking it said there was a pool and it was open. Nope it wasn’t so my kids were on spring break and didn’t have anything to do. Manager refused to let me out of the booking even though she was able to. The room smelled and bathroom was dirty hair and dust all over toilet. In the booking it says that the room had a kitchenette but it didn’t.

Disliked: There was construction taking place so entry was a bit unorganized.

Bad

Disliked: They wouldn’t let me change the date to the following day when they put off my husband surgery. They were rude

Liked: Staff was awesome, bed so comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast needed more choices

Disliked: Breakfast bad it had roaches in the room restroom toilet seat peeling rooms had a musty smell in all 5 rooms do not book with them I could go on and on but I rather speak with someone because it was so much don’t go by the pictures !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Liked: Check in was easy and staff very friendly and helpful. I used the elevator to get to my room and I felt it was very dirty so I was concerned about what condition my room would be like. However I found it to be very spacious and clean.
Disliked: Already mentioned above.
