Liked: The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast selection good and the warm fireplace in the lobby very welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Liked: I’ve always liked this hotel and their king suites
Disliked: This time our room 433 didn’t have heat. I asked front desk they came up and had no ideal why the heat wasn’t working

Unfortunately I never got the...

Liked: The location was ideal, the hotel was very clean.
Disliked: They didn’t take certain forms of payment in which I had initially used to book the room. The staff there that night, she was short and quick tempered.
