Liked: The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t very good and very limited. Also there was a $200 deposit on top of my room stay that limited my entertainment funds for my grandkids. Most places only charge a $100 deposit

Great value!

Liked: Breakfast was really good, the size of the room was plenty to accommodate me and my family, close enough to all the attractions but far enough to avoid traffic, pool was great!
Disliked: They were in the process of improving the facility, which is awesome, but a little messy. (This was literally my only complaint the place was great.)

Liked: The hotel room was freshly remodeled. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The hotel is under renovation. So I think they’re trying. The indoor pool was too cold ( and we are not picky) but it was almost unbearable. The breakfast is mediocre- they could use fresh brewed coffee like most places offer. Theirs was a machine- and it was not good. Need more breakfast options, muffins, bagels, spreads (jelly, peanut butter) there was just a loaf of bread in the case. Waffles were good as were the eggs. Pullout couch in room very old and uncomfortable to even sit on, let alone sleep. Also spring from the mattress was popped through- manager did offer to change our room however. It was just too late and we were settled in. Just surprised they wouldn’t notice that ahead of time, the cushions on the couch did not match the couch. Kind of piecemealed together. Location is nice. The staff was very friendly. Like I said I think they’re trying. They just have a long way to go!

Poor

Disliked: The hotel was under construction, which wasn't communicated. I booked the hotel vs. Air BnB so the kids could swim, and the pool hours were adjusted so it didn't open until after check out in the mornings so the kids never got to swim.There was also a lot of commotion on our floor in the middle of the night, and the phone didn't work to reach the operator to alert them to ask their guests to be more respectful of others.

Disliked: The deposit was high . She didn’t explain it was bc it was newly done .
