Disliked: emails stating wants for smoking room, told it was worked out, then got charged $100 for smoking. called asked about my refund, eas told of their rules even after explaining email.

Disliked: the rooms weren't that clean, the others staying were loud and no one stopped them from running in the halls

Disliked: We stayed from Friday-Sunday and our room never got clean, front desk said because they are short staff but this is something you have to let your guest know.
