I was expecting the room to be more updated. There were live ladybugs crawling on the ceiling near the window. The inside window seal was filled with dead bugs and when one of my kids was looking for a live bug to kill that disappeared off the window seal. They looked with their phone flash light under the air unit where they saw many more dead bugs. Then of course they felt uncomfortable to sleep when they seen all these bugs. The water pressure in the shower was horrible and breakfast was the worst we had yet. The gravy was like water and the sausage tasted like dried up hamburger patties. Was not pleased at all. Staff was friendly.

We had a great stay - we were down for a concert, but would stay there again if we decided to visit Charlotte again!

Liked: My speaker liked the location, close to resturants and access to ll he needed.
Disliked: Sometimes its the little things, the smell of a room, the hallways, lobby. It was pleasant but missing something. Not sure what. A little aged but not bad.

Liked: I liked the location and the layout of the room we've selected. Also, the staff was friendly.
Disliked: I didn't like that I had to request a different room because the furniture was old and worn out, there was inadequate lightig and the frig was dirty. The housekeeping staff was friendly, but didn't speak English.
