We forgot our door cards. We got back to hotel at 12:15 a.m. No staff. We slept in lobby until after 3:00 a.m. until someone showed up so we could get into our room.

Liked: Overall, very good hotel to stay.
Disliked: Staff.

Very clean!

Stayed one night for a concert - good location. Nice staff. Toilet handle broke but staff fixed easily. Would recommend it. Budget but nice.

Late arrival and server snafu...

Liked: We arrived late ... server was down ... and because we didn't get into our room until after midnight, we were not charged for the night. Very nice of the GM to do that. He also let us stay later and not have to check our by 11AM.

Liked: We did get some sleep and the breakfast came on paper plates.
Disliked: The staff was trying and put us into a newly renovated room. It looked great at first but the renovation was apparently not quite finished. One has to ask for the linen for the sofa-bed.Not really the problem of the hotel but finding the pick-up point at the airport -- for the (Lyft) shuttle that one has to request by phone -- is not trivial. It worked after the third call.
