Disliked: The evening hotel front desk clerk very rude. The day time clerk was very nice.

Liked: The man at the front desk and the chef were very nice and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean.
Disliked: There was a lot of noise and the walls were very thin. It was hard to sleep.

I will stay here again...

Liked: The staff were so friendly. Joseph, the breakfast host, was so cool with my kids. He was very welcoming, easy to talk to. He set a good pace for our trip.
Disliked: Pillows were not the best. I knew I should have brought my own.

Liked: Spacious suite, immaculate. Loved the coffee and free breakfast. The location was great!Near to lots of shops, restaurants, movie theater and a short drive to downtown Charleston.
Disliked: The stairwells need cleaning or updating. The clerk at check-in was distracted, having a bad day.?
