Liked: The room was very spacious and clean.
Disliked: Lights went out for over an hour and there was no back up generator. The bed I slept in was sunk in so it was very uncomfortable.

Liked: Clean, convenient. Would have been much better if the wifi worked on my side of the hotel. That needs to get fixed to charge the prices you do in my opinion

Disliked: See a plunger next to the toilet as soon as we walked in. The toilet flushed very slowly. We were relocated to another room

Disliked: Was let worth what I paid

Liked: I had to change room 3 times and thank god by the 3rd time the room was actually cleaned with towels and didn't smell like smoke. The front desk clerk was as helpful as she could be with what she had to deal with but the hotel NEEDS AND OVERHAUL swiftly!
Disliked: I did not like the hard water stains in the toilets and sinks, it clearly states none smoking but you can see and smell the remnants of smoke. The mattresses need to be changed out!

Liked: The person working the front desk was very sweet and really tried to make our experience better, but it was just a rough weekend I am guessing due to the bball tournament. She really remained nice with the hotel being short staffed
Disliked: It was not worth the price I looked a few days prior and the rate was like ---$ then increased to ---$. We were there for bball and 1st room was dirty staff did try to make it roughy and moved us to a cleaner room. Hotel was out of clean towels/cover
