Disliked: We arrived after 3. The room wasn't even clean when we walked in. Went to talk to the front desk and one of the cleaning ladies was asked to clean the room. She made a comment and said no to the front clerk in front of me. The front clerk did get us changed to a different room that was clean. So glad we were only staying one night.

Liked: The concert was very good.
Disliked: Check in was at 3pm. So arriving at 7 pm you would think the room you booked a week ahead of time would be ready. Not the case here. We were asked to leave our personal items behind the desk while they tried to get our room cleaned. I told the lady at the desk that was not an option. We had a cab waiting to take my wife and I to the Bruno Mars concert. A special night that was five months in the planning. We were down graded to a small room with a queen bed. We were offered zero compensation for our inconvenience. Paid the full price for a room that we did not get.

Perfect spot to stay for an event downtown if taking a cab - $10 to the BOK; nice staff, clean room and comfortable bed!

Liked: They asked for a $100 cash deposit, which made me uneasy. I never had this request before. I refused to pay this, and after a call to the manager, it was waived. The room was fine it needed some minor repairs... towel rack.. running towel. Staff was pleasant and the little deck was nice.

Liked: Friendly and communicative front desk attendant. Sheets and comforter were warm.
Disliked: No hot water (not even warm) in the shower; impossible to bathe comfortably. Left note requesting partial refund; no response. No fitness center or breakfast. Smell of cigarettes despite non-smoking; became worse when heater turned on. Dirty elevator.

Move on! Not recommended.

Liked: The room was clean. The bed appeared to be new and the mattress was still in the protective packaging. Every time you moved or rolled over it made a crunching noise due to the plastic. This made sleeping next to impossible.
Disliked: There were constantly homeless people in the parking lot. I also believe to motel is used for short term stays for the homeless population as we were always running into them on the grounds or elevator. The motel was also being remodeled, which I do not remember being mentioned anywhere or we would have stayed somewhere else. There was stuffed piled up outside the entrance and in the hallways. Very unappealing! We did not try breakfast, because there was no reason to think that it would be worth the trouble. If you must stay there, I would recommend the McDonalds next door. I did not feel safe and would not recommend this property. Defiantly not worth the price I paid and would never stay there again.
