Not bad location and friendly staff. A little noise and HVAC and refrigerator noisy.

Absolutely horrible

Liked: Not much was good. It was close to our destination
Disliked: The property was under construction. But we’re assured us our stay would be great. The room was infested with mice or rats. We pulled the comforter back and noticed movement. They were all inside the beds and pillows. It was like a horror movie. My husband went to ask for a different room and told why he was told we would have to wait until the morning. I was shocked beyond belief. My husband was offered two mice traps but when the employee said I’m sorry we’re out of them. We didn’t sleep that night we sat in two chairs. We took pictures of everything. The next morning we told another front desk employee about what was happening and couldn’t believe we weren’t sent to another room immediately. We were put into another room but again the same thing infested with mice. Immediately went downstairs and asked for a refund and the employee gave it to us and said management was going to call us. I’m still waiting for the phone call. What’s worse is they reversed the refund and charged us for the entire stay.
