Elevators broke all of them. No hot or even warm water. Our room was to have fridge and microwave - when asked about fridge, said only a few rooms have them. Showed our booking, said would have one delivered to our room - never received. Came back at 10 that night to sound in wall - sounded like motor buzzing. Complained about it - asked if we had a pet? It finally stopped at 5a.m. Mentioned all of this to them several times they just said sorry.

Run! Do not stay there! My room stunk so bad; food crumbs on the floor; hair in the bed; dirty q-tip on bathroom floor and NO hot water. I told the front desk and was told the pipes may be freezing. Really? Then I was told I might need to run the water for 30 minutes first. So needless to say I paid for nothing! I was very disgusted and felt dirty. No mention of any refund. I will NEVER stay there again! Don't waste your money!

Disliked: Got there the room was not cleaned, found a bug on the bed, there was no game room like was said vending machine not working good, when got to the hotel there was nothing said about 100 dollar deposit on booking.com. lounge was closed, and trash was not emptied while we we were there. Had to go ask for clean towels, and they said it would be 5 minutes and took over half an hour. And no spa like advertised.. There was no sign for where the weight room was, and it took a while to find it and a machine broken. Hand dryers in the bathroom by check in was not working.
