Liked: Clean, updated room. Staff at desk printed directions to PNC Pavilion for us.

Great value for the dollar. We stay for the wonderful rooms, and come back for the top notch breakfast buffet.

Liked: Bev was great; always love your FREE buffet.

Disliked: It was a nice place but the description of the rooms were very thorough and I ended up booking the wrong room and there was nothing they could do to help us. No refund. No upgrade even though we said we'd pay the difference. We left and found a different place so it was money wasted

Liked: The room was clean and in perfect working order. There were plenty of outlets for me to plug in my devices. The amenities like the coffee maker were most useful. Staff interactions were cordial and professional. Nearby stores and restaurants aplenty.

Disliked: Property was dirty and everything smelled like piss because of the open puddles of piss located around/inside the building
